Do you offer free shipping?

We offer free shipping for all continental US orders over $99.00! For a smaller domestic order, shipping fees will be calculated at checkout.

At this time we offer domestic shipping throughout the US. While for international shipping, we handle it on an order by order basis.

What is your return/refund policy?

Except for any products or services designated on the Services as “final sale” or “non-returnable,” we will accept a return of products for a refund of the purchase price, only if: (a) each product to be refunded is returned within 30 days of the order shipment; and (b) is accompanied with a valid proof of purchase. Refunds do not include any shipping and handling costs. No returns of any type will be accepted without an RMA number. You are responsible for all shipping and handling charges on returned items. You bear the risk of loss during shipment. What makes Humanx different?

Conventional supplements are packed with fillers, binders, lubricants and artificial substances including colors and flavors. Also many manufacturers will test ingredients on animals, which doesn't sit right with us. Unlike other supplements, we strive to maximize ingredient mg counts, formulate unique proprietary blends, and use as many plant-based ingredients as feasible. We also try our best to minimize the use of “Other Ingredients". All our ingredients are listed on the product label.*

The decision to reformulate or discontinue a product can be made for a variety of reasons. A couple examples may include when a primary ingredient of the product is no longer available, when we find better ingredients, or we identify a new formulation that may enhance the product's benefits. Most of our products have been through at least one formula improvement iteration and we will continue to innovate and adapt to new research.*

What should I do if the product may have been exposed to high heat prior to opening it?

An order may be subjected during shipment to short-term extreme heat/cold exposure depending on where you live. In most cases, short-term heat or cold should not adversely affect the ingredients, but we recommend that you are available to receive your shipment when it arrives so the product doesn’t remain exposed to an extreme outdoor temperature.
